Phase 1: Clear and Demo
Turning "What Was" into "What's Next"

Before you can build, you have to clear the path. We provide heavy-duty demolition and land clearing to remove the obstacles standing in your way.
  • Structural Demolition: Safe and efficient removal of old homes, sheds, or outbuildings.
  • Full-Scale Land Clearing: Removing brush, overgrowth, and trees to reclaim your acreage.
  • Debris Hauling: We don't just knock it down; we leave the site clean and ready.

Phase 2: Site Prep & Foundation

Precision Engineering for a Solid Start

A building is only as good as the dirt it sits on. We provide the technical earthwork required to pass inspection and protect your investment.
  • House Pads: Precision-leveled and compacted pads built to your exact blueprints.
  • Culvert Installation: Ensuring proper drainage and water flow to protect your land from erosion.
  • Grading & Leveling: Smoothing the terrain to ensure a perfectly flat, workable site.

Phase 3: Access & Finish

The Path to Your Front Door

We finish the job by ensuring your property is accessible and has the curb appeal it deserves.
  • Driveway Replacement: Out with the cracked gravel or asphalt; in with a durable, professionally graded entrance.
  • Culvert End-Treatments: Functional drainage that looks clean and professional.
  • Final Grading: The "polishing" touch that makes your land look pristine.

FAQ

Do I need a permit for demolition or culvert installation?

Permit requirements vary by county and the scope of the project. Generally, structural demolition and culverts connecting to public roads require approval. We can help guide you through the local requirements to ensure your project stays compliant with local regulations.

How do you determine the cost of a house pad or driveway?

Pricing is based on three main factors: the size of the footprint, the type of material used (dirt, gravel, or base), and the current condition of the terrain. We provide a detailed, line-item estimate after a site visit so there are no surprises.

How long does a typical land clearing and site prep project take?

Most residential projects - such as clearing a lot and prepping a house pad - can be completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on weather conditions and the density of the brush/structures being removed.

Can you replace my driveway and culvert at the same time?

Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it. Installing a new culvert while we are grading your driveway ensures that drainage is handled correctly from day one, preventing your new driveway from washing out during the first heavy rain.

Will you haul away the debris from the demolition?

Yes. Our "Heavy Hitter" promise means we leave the site clean. We handle the teardown and the removal of all debris, leaving you with a blank canvas ready for construction.

What kind of equipment do you bring to the site?

Depending on the job, we utilize excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks. We take pride in using the right-sized machinery for the job to maximize efficiency while minimizing unnecessary impact on the surrounding land.
